🪵 Rural Cabin Disclaimer (Please Read)

This is a true Northern Maine cabin experience — part comfort, part wilderness, 100% authentic.
By booking, you acknowledge:

❄️ Snow/Ice: Slippery conditions happen even with salting and shoveling

🕸️ Spiders/Webs: Normal in wooded environments; we clear before each stay

🐞 Seasonal Bugs: Flies, ladybugs, etc., may appear during certain seasons

We maintain the cabin carefully and professionally, but the Maine woods come with natural quirks.
