⚠️ Seasonal & Rural Cabin Notes

This home sits in the authentic Maine woods, meaning nature is part of the experience.

You may encounter:
🐭 Occasional mouse activity (especially in cooler months)
🕷️ Spider webs or seasonal ladybugs
🪰 Increased flies/ladybugs in fall (regional phenomenon)
❄️ Snow/ice — use caution outdoors

Dock Availability: Typically Memorial Day–Labor Day (weather and water levels permitting). Docks/extensions are usually removed by early October.

We maintain the property to high standards, but this home is intentionally rustic and close to nature — that’s what makes it special. 🌲
