⚠️ Rustic Cabin Disclaimer – Please Read
This is an authentic Northern Maine experience. While we maintain the cabin to high standards, nature is part of the charm:

🐭 Possible mice activity (especially in colder months; we use natural prevention methods)
🕸️ Spiders & webs (common in wooded areas; we clear before arrival, but they may return)
❄️ Snow & ice (we shovel/salt but urge caution)

Booking confirms your understanding of these rural elements.
